Your go-to business, legal, & tax advisers in Maryland and beyond
You need more than an attorney who will simply bill you for legal services. You need a business confidante you can trust, who can see the forest without being preoccupied by individual trees.
Matthew P. Kraeuter leads the business practice area for Frost & Associates, operating out of an office in Ocean City, Maryland out on the Eastern Shore.
Matthew’s substantial legal experience and business acumen are paired with an uncanny attention to detail to help your business find success. Prior to joining the Frost & Associates team in 2020, Matthew worked as in-house counsel for a defense contractor after working with an international law firm focused on litigation, real estate, and regulatory issues.
Matthew’s legal and business acumen allow him to work with all segments of the company to ensure an intimate knowledge of each business unit so that he can deliver effective advice to the management team. Paired together with the tax prowess from the professionals at Frost & Associates, the firm can provide a comprehensive yet practical view of any business situation.
Prior to starting his own law firm, Matthew was a partner for an Annapolis-based law firm and, prior to that, worked for a large law firm focused on litigation and regulatory issues.
Following law school, Matthew clerked for the Honorable Paul W. Grimm of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
